    Industry Reference Committees

Industry Reference Committees (IRCs) are made up of industry leaders from a variety of backgrounds, from big business to small enterprise and peak bodies to unions.

IRCs understand the skills needs of their sector, industry or occupation. With the support of a Skills Service Organisation (SSO), they advise the Australian Industry and Skills Committee (AISC) and ensure training packages meet the needs and concerns of employers, employees, training providers, and people seeking training qualifications.
